Can not change bios to boot from flash drive
I created a Flash drive with an 'ISO' file in there for an alternate boot. I press F12 on power up to select the boot drive.
The Bios comes up to select the drive. But it does not look like past computers I have had. Here is a photo of all the options I have....
I have moved the given choices around to various positions, but the Flash drive will not be recognized and boot up.
What am I doing wrong?

Any pre-built boot ISO from 2017 for Acronis will require rebuilding to work with a UEFI-only system like this one. It won't support UEFI boot.
If you're trying to restore an image made by an older version of Acronis, you can try a boot ISO for the newest version (it's called Acronis Cyber Protect now, not True Image) -- if you're trying to back up the system from a flash boot, consider Macrium Reflect, which can build a native WinPE flash drive that will be UEFI bootable. Macrium Reflect is much easier to use, and is free for home/non-commercial use.

1. You cannot just copy an ISO to a flash drive and expect it to boot. You must use a tool that will take that ISO and use it to create a bootable flash drive. I suggest Rufus, as it works well and is relatively easy to use.
2. Perhaps your past computers used legacy BIOS and MBR, and your new laptop uses UEFI and GPT. You need a tool that can create a bootable flash drive for UEFI/GPT. Rufus can do that.
There are good on-line tutorials for Rufus, if you need them.

On all recent systems, you do not need to set the system to boot from an external drive. The drive MUST be set to boot in UEFI mode (Windows 10 and 11 will be; most Linux distributions require a custom installer -- the pre-built ones are not UEFI compliant). With the drive connected, press F12 at powerup. If the system sees the drive as UEFI-compliant, it will appear in the boot list; choose it and boot from the drive.
If the drive does not appear in the boot list, it's not being recognized as UEFI-bootable; consult your operating system support community or the publisher of whatever software you're trying to boot to find out how to prepare a UEFI-compliant boot drive.

I created the ISO file from 'Acronis True Image 2017 '. The ISO on the Flash drive is created as a way to get a previous full disk backup and load it in. This is the first time I have seen a Bios look like this one on the XPS 9710 that I got a year ago.
I got Rufus and played finally figured out that I had to copy the ISO file to the window that opened up when I started Rufus. It then went on and re-wrote the Flash drive. Eventually I figured out that the flash drive I just created showed up as one of the items that show up in Bios to boot from. So far, so good...
It ran and booted from the Flash, but the options that show up don't work. I get an error indicating Video Mode Setup failed and it just stops there.
I am not sure if the problem is with what Rufus did when I translated the ISO to a bunch of separate files OR a problem with the Acronis True Image backup software...
