Cursor moves on its own 9575

Hi all, A disappointed new owner of a 9575 here. Cursor randomly starts going crazy and moving around on its own opening, closing windows and clicking on options within open apps. When rhis occurs, the only option is to restart. I do notice that touchpad often has sliw response just before cursor starts going crazy. I have seen on this forum a few other cases on other Dell laptop models. Premium support are being extremely slow in responding after initial contact. Anyone else with the same problem on the 9575? Any solutions?? Was so exited about getting this laptop and this is a huge Letdown. THanks in advance for any replies

Thanks for reaching out to us. I would suggest you to perform the steps in the link : https://dell.to/2Vgss2H and share the findings.

In addition, for my reference, please click on the message tab next to your avatar– click “New Message” & search for my Dell username (DCFAdmin) & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.

What is a Dell Service Tag and how do I locate it?

I am having this problem too! I'm in the middle of doing something and then my mouse moves around opening and closing tabs.. very annoying. Spent a lot of money on this laptop for this to be happening every time I use it.

Dell, what can i do to stop this from happening again?
