Dell G3 15 3590 - 144Hz Option

So I bought this Dell G3 15 3590, it has the Intel i7 9750H and GTX 1660Ti. And saw that it has 144Hz, yet I'm unable to find any way to turn that option on, it only showed 48 and 60 Hz. Is there any way to turn this option on or possibly viewing it?
