Dell XPS 13 (2019) Frost White Availability in Canada

Hi there,

I was looking at the new Dell XPS 13 2019 version (The one at CES 2019, I believe.) and was wondering when the Frost White color will be available. I always see it on Youtubers videos and pictures online but I can't seem to find it anywhere.
