Dell XPS 13 9350 Audio Driver Question

Question

Realtek seems to have stopped actively developing/updating High Definition Audio (HDA) drivers.  Realtek has seemed to focus on new UAD drivers.  I have tried a couple of times in the past to update to the new UAD drivers...they will install but the audio has never worked (no sound).  Has anyone figured out to install working UAD drivers on this particular XPS model?  Thanks
