You can use windows restore points (if you have any) to revert previous state of your system:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12415/windows-10-recovery-options
(expand & look at "Restore from a system restore point" section)

To fix the issue try to download and install latest drivers available for your network interface (Intel or Killer) from their sites (not one that Dell provides since they might by outdated).

You can also restart your router (maybe for some reason it's causing the problem, not your laptop).
