Dell XPS 13 9370 - Trackpad smart zoom and scroll sideways

Hi,

I'm trying to find out how to enable two features on this machine;

1. a function similar to 'smart zoom' on osx devices - a double finger tap zooms to fit text on screen or picture or whatever you double finger tap on. Does this feature exist in the windows environment?

2. two finger scroll works fine in a vertical motion, but scrolling sideways with two fingers seems to be too complex for either me or this machine. Does the two finger scroll feature work to scroll sideways?
