I am very disappointed with the quality of the keyboard on my Dell XPS 13 Laptop - B51014AU laptop that I purchased new on March 22, 2019 - less than 2 years ago. Quite a few of the letters on the keyboard have worn out. I have owned many laptops and this is the first time I have experienced this kind of problem. The keyboard is made of a matte finish rubbery sort of material that I haven't encountered before. The keys that are most often used first develop a shiny appearance followed by the gradual obliteration of the letters. I'd like to know if there is a way of replacing the damaged keys. Although on the whole, I am happy with the performance of the laptop, I cannot say the same for the keyboard. My experience has made wary of recommending Dell to any of my friends and associates.
