Dell XPS 15 9560 - back bleed on white background

Hi all,

Today I noticed some black hightlights on a white background. You can see about 4 of them on the right side of the screen. See attached image.

Is this normal or can it be fixed?

Now everytime I look at it, it bothers me :).
