Dell XPS 15 L521X BIOS Update Failed

I just updated the BIOS to A18 version and rebooted but it now hangs at the screen with the option F2 Setup or F12 Boot Options. Pressing F2 or F12 turns the text white but nothing happens after that.

Any ideas for recovery? I can't find a BIOS recovery option for the XPS 15 L521X.
