Dell XPS 9370, 1x VGA+1x HDMI monitor, extend, or 2xHDMI - (laptop closed)?

Does the WD15 work with the XPS 13 9370 - 1x HDMI and 1x VGA monitors, extended?

My Dell monitor has a VGA port; so:

XPS 13 9370 + USB C Adaptor = 2 x VGA monitors, extended (laptop will be closed)

Is this possible, what adaptor can I use?

+ Adaptor 

= 1 x HDMI Monitor (extend) + 1 x VGA Monitor (extend)

Can someone please advise me on a suitable adaptor if possible for either set-up.
