Dell XPS 9570 can not shut down

Hi everyone. This is the first time that I met this error. I just upgrade newest bios version. When I put the power adapter to laptop, it shutdown normally. But when I take out the power adapter, and press Shutdown, after 1 minute, it automatic start. I don't know why ???
