Dell XPS screen doesn't turn on and shows Grey color.
Out of blue, my dell XPS screen didn't turn on. I can though see a grey screen. Also pressing D just after powering on shows various colours on the screen. However, nothing comes on the screen. it also creates several types of beeps.
Last time this happened 6 months ago, maybe it was self resolved by ePSA test. could someone please advise how to do I do this ePSA test if my dell XPS 13 screen doesn't even turn on? Is there any command etc?
please advise.

To run the diagnostic tests restart the system. At the Dell splash screen start tapping F12. Choose diagnostics and run full diagnostics. Watch for any errors with the LCD screen.

thanks for the response but the problem is I don't have anything on the screen so how can I follow the steps? Once I connected to an external monitor but I mistakenly disabled the display driver under device manager. so I don't have any display anywhere. is there any option now, please suggest?
