Dell return Policy

Its simple, i want to either return my machine or upgrade it. I recently started school and found that i need a machine with a GPU. I want to spend more money at Dell and purchase either a G series or Alienware machine. I am 24 days outside the return window due to a prior return mistake i didnt recieve the machine until later than expected. I am about ready to contac the BBB because the customer service is horrendous. The people i speak to on the phone barely speak english and i was told its impossible to speak to someone in the US because there are no call centers in the US. If someone cant help here im going to open a case with the BBB and hopefully they can fix it.
