Dell support is a joke

I sent my xps 13 for screen repair on April 2020, after more than 3 weeks they were not able to get the part to fix it, and was offered a replacement. When I received my replacement the trackpad was faulty out of the box, and Dell is refusing to sent another replacement, and asked me to sent it for repair and that they will expedite the repair. It has been more than 2 weeks since I sent the laptop and still has not been able to fix it. I have been without a laptop for a month and a half.
