ENGINEERING SAMPLE

I recently found a xps9575 on offerup and I bought it. It was working pretty decent until 2 months ago. So I thought it would be a nice idea to update my drivers and I wasn't able to update more than half of them. It was then I realized I got an engineering sample. I have been trying to contact Dell and asking for gelp since the laptop is barely working and an engineering sample should not be on the market but the only thing they have been asking from me is an invoice number. How am I supposed to find an invoice number? This laptop wasn't sold by Dell. It was probably sent to a YouTuber or an engineer stole it from DELL. A big company like Dell can easily repair or replace this laptop.

You're correct that it should not have been sold -- but you're asking the question of the wrong source.  You need to contact the seller and return the system for a refund.
