I am getting the following error in the event log of my XPS 15 7590 (i9)

I have found another post with the same topic with no resolution and without the capability to reply (here).

To provide more troubleshooting information... running Windows X Pro 1909 Build 18363.836.

I would appreciate any advice/support.
