Error ePSA XPS L702X

Hello!

After changing the BIOS battery of my Dell XPS L702X it started in ePSA test mode.
But when it comes time to press the Y or N key to confirm the display test it does not proceed.
It's like you don't recognize the keyboard.
The keyboard works normally, however I tried with a USB keyboard but it didn't work.
It also doesn't work to enter the BIOS with F2 or skip the test with ESC.
I tried removing some parts like HD and RAM but it didn't work either.

Is there any other way to skip the test or solve this?
