For Windows 10--To access the bios, F2 as soon as you reboot. But better to see if the Boot Menu is what you need for changing boot order or booting from a diff drive and more-- Reboot and tap F12 without waiting for any screen.
There is no 8808 model-- do you mean xps 13 9350? Manual for that model is here
