If I buy a laptop from a abroad and Take it to my home country will I get warranty?

By default, no.  The basic warranty applies only in the country of purchase.

To transfer a warranty the system must have a Dell onsite service plan (extra cost from Dell) and the same system model must be sold in India.  Also verify that the service tag on the system is valid before you purchase -- since you're buying from an independent dealer, if the system turns out to be "grey market" -- purchased outside Dell's normal distribution channels -- the warranty transfer will fail.
