I am troubled with the same problem.
Driver:INtel UHD Graphics 630 P630
I attempted to download and install a new driver from DELL's support, but that failed.
I am in trouble because there is no workaround.
I've just been supported by Dell in solving this problem and I want to share with you all the steps I've seen they have done.
My icons are in Italian, so I'm not sure of the translations. Sorry.
1) Go to Computer, right click somewhere over the white spaces, click Properties.
2) Click on Advanced Computer Settings -> Hardware -> Installation device settings -> set to "No"
3) Go to this site and download the utility; then install it.
4) After that, with the utility above, uninstall the Intel drivers.
5) Let the PC finish the job, then reboot it.
6) When rebooted, go to Dell SupportAssist and install all the present drivers. This time all should go fine.
7) Remember to revert step 2).

Here is another solution that worked for me, I copied this from another forum member......…
"The easiest way to update the Intel UHD Graphics 630 driver is to download the install package from Dell, for your specific model. Then launch the installer, which will prompt you to -Install- or -Extract-. Choose the -Extract- button, because -Install- will fail just like in the SupportAssist app. Put the extracted files on a drive or folder of your choice.
Then right-click the Windows button in the bottom left and go to Device Manager. Expand -Display adapters- and right-click on Intel UHD Graphics 630, and select -Update driver-. Browse to the location you extracted the driver package to, and select the -Graphics- folder. Your UHD Graphics 630 will be successfully updated.
But, you're not finished yet. Launch the Dell SupportAssist app, which will still show the update for the Intel UHD Graphics 630. Hit the -Install- button and let it download and install the driver, which it will do successfully this time, after which it will prompt you to reboot.
Nobody seems to have tried to download it and install it manually but if you do you get this:
Dell needs to fix the installer. If you install the drivers manually (ie. through Device Manager as highlighted above) it works. So the drivers are not the issue. The installer is.
Tried it with the standalone driver "Intel-UHD-Graphics-630-P630_MYY4X_WIN_18.104.22.16837_A01.EXE" install still fails with the error message:
Might be a simple issue with the certificate in the driver being unsigned or just one line of text missing describing the model?
Works for me also! Dell SupportAssist was now able to install the Intel UHD Graphics 630 update flawlessly.
However, I still have the following error message in Reliability Monitor, every time when I reboot the XPS 15 9570:
