i have a DELL XPS L702X which was working fine on gaming and stuff ( was running WINDOWS 10 PRO) but after formatting it and got all drivers installed i found out that VRAM is 32 MB while i have 8 GB RAM on my Laptop and a 1GB NVIDIA graphic card
Video ram and installed Ram are not related. The 32 mb ram on the video card is separate and cannot be changed. https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/ram-vs-vram.2802917/
okay but why is my dedicated memory says 32 MB while i have a strong GPU memory ? it wasn't showing this before i formatted it
