Mouse/keyboard pointer freezes intermittently

Hi,

I bought 3 weeks ago a XPS 13 plus, with ubuntu and I have some randomly freezes. My mouse/keyboard don't answer for 1 to 20 seconds, and it's working again until the next time (15 min max).

A technical guy has changed the motherboard, but nothing changed.

I installed again ubuntu 22.04, 20.04 et kubuntu, already the same problem. I don't know what I can do... I can't work with these freezes...

Help me please...
