New Dell XPS : what sound software shd I have?

I have a new XPS 15 9570. I presumed that I would have Dolby or some other audio enhancement software preinstalled but I can't find anything. Can anyone help me ? What should I be looking for? And by the way, dang this thing is heavier than I thought it would be!

The system has the following audio: Look for the MaxxAudio Pro software.
