PROBLEMS

It is the third time I am having problems with my laptop.

Since two month after I bought it , it starts giving problems

Firts the screen said that didn't recognize any hard disk, and I lost all infomation. I took it back to the shop and they sent it to dell. They didn´t give me a new one. they repair it.

Second time the battery stars to grow and push the pad up, and that damage the soft ware and couldn't use it any more.I took it back to store and they sent it to Dell. I had to wait fot three weeks. They said I would not have any more trouble.

Third time, just few month after repair starts again the battery growing, and I am having problems again.

This is incredible, Dell should solve this problem.

For me is hard because I don´t live in United States.

Wlat can I do?????
