RETURN

I just bought the dell xps15 9570 and it's been 2 days. I bought the 8gb version with no touch screen. I am currently experiencing issues with this laptop.

1.The laptop slows down when I am playing games on it. Not only that there is a weird whining sound coming from under the touchpad while it is plugged in.

2. When I am switching programs, between chrome and windows internet it freezes. 

 How do i return this item. I shouldn't have to pay 1400 for a laptop that does not function properly.

The sound is the fan running;  as for the rest - you call Dell to arrange the return (assuming the system was purchased direct from Dell).
