I have a dell studio xps 1645 laptop. I installed windows 10 Pro in this. When I play video in Browser on youtube along 2-3 hours then my lappy screen is going to blank and keyboard are also not working.

One more problem here some videos are not played on youtube ..

Thanks for posting. Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

Unfortunately the only Operating Systems shipped with this 2009 computer were Vista and Windows 7.  Since Dell has not tested this system to work with Windows 10, it would not be supported.

While you may get Windows 10 to work with this older machine, the drivers from Dell won't be available.
