Speakers /Fingerprintreader - does Dell support exist?!
Have opened a service-ticket 5 business days ago. Sent two reminders but keep receiving the same standard auto-reply" "An account manager will respond within on business day"... As the title suggest nobody replies. No missed calls, no emails and in fact the ticket is still marked "unassigned". Brand new laptop XPS13 and fingerprint reader and internal speakers do not function and keep falling out. This is the product and follow up "service" one gets when buying Dell?!
