Support Assist error message

I have a fairly new (Mar 2018) XPS 13 9370 running Windows 10.  All known Microsoft and Dell patches have applied,  We have two logins to this machine - one for me (the admin) and separate one for my wife.  Nearly every time my wife logs in, she gets the following message (edited for for clarity):

    Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?

    Program location: "C:\Program Files\SupportAssistAgent\bin\SupportAssistAgent.exe" {long code}==

    To continue, enter admin user name and password

When she then enters the admin credentials, she gets the following error message

    Windows Service Start Failure

    Cannot start service from the command line or a debugger.  A Windows Service must first be installed (using installutil.exe) and then started with the ServerExplorer, Windows Services Administrative tool or the NET START command.

This problem does not occur when I log in.  Task Manager shows Dell SupportAssistRemediation (huh?) running as a background process.  Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

I have the same problem (also XPS 13, but almost 1 year of use).

It came after the system had an actualization for Windows 10.

I've searching in forums without success, Does Dell have an answer?
