I have an old XPS 13 from 2013. I would like to restore the old OS. At the moment I just have Fedora installed. However, I assume I can recover initial OS from the recovery partition in my disk.
How can I do this? I can't find a way to boot into it.

My laptop has a service tag<Service Tag removed>and unfortunately none of the methods seem to work. Not even Shift+F8 mentioned here (https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/sln153569/how-to-run-system-restore-on-windows-81-on-y...) to boot system restore.
Any other suggestions?
Don't hany more suggestion to use Dell restoration tool.
I prefer to delete restoration partition and to manage Windows installation myself 😉
That system shipped with Windows 8.0 Home which has reached end of life and is hence no longer available to download.
Your systems Windows 8.0 Home Product Key will be automatically input and accepted by Windows 8.1 Home Installation Media or the multi-Edition Windows 10 Installation Media available to Download direct from Microsoft. I advise using Windows 10. See here for more details:
