Telegram desktop application problem

Hi there. Has anyone encountered the problem of hanging Telegram Desktop when a message arrives? When a message arrives, the telegram freezes for 10-20 seconds, then returns the cursor. This problem has appeared since the purchase of this laptop. I didn't have this problem with my previous laptop.
I tried to reinstall the app, clean cache, install another version of app, but the problem still remains. And Telegram support doesn't respond.. How i can fix this?
I have Windows 11 Home.

Unless this issue is occurring with other Windows apps, might be better to pester Telegram for a solution.

Was your previous laptop running Windows 10 or Windows 11?

The previous laptop had Windows 11 Pro.

Open TG Settings -> Notifications and Sounds -> scroll down -> Use windows notifications.
It will utilize windows internal mechanisms to show you notifications
Test.

@Alenagentle Yes! I'm also facing this issue.
Clean OS installation from DELL, all updates, only Telegram installed.
Telegram is freezing when receiving a notification.
Switching to another sound, or windows notifications, do not help.
The only way to fix it is disabling notification sounds for Telegram.
Did anyone found a core reason of the issue?
