Terrible customer Support

Absolutely terrible is all I have to say. This is my 2nd replacement. Had to send back previous one with the trackpad issue. Got this one and it has trackpad, battery issue where it barely lasted 3 hrs when playing media and the touch display makes clicky sound when i barely touch it. And when I contacted customer support all they know to say is " DO YOU WANT A REFUND" I MEAN SERIOUSLYYYY. What kind of people does Dell hire. Do they even have a sense of how to deal with customers?? Rather then trying to solve the issue they straight away give an option of refund. That is not why I paid AUD 3200 for. NOOOOOOOO. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND PRODUCT QUALITY. @DELL Australia
