I want to adjust the trackpad, as the scrolling is in the opposite direction I'm used to. I emailed Synaptics and got to response. I had an issue in the past on my XPS 9560, which was BSOD. I corrected the issue with Windows 10.iso file, then logged into my Dell account to re-download all the drivers. There's no software for the trackpad. Does anyone know where I can download information for this trackpad, as it doesn't even show up in the laptop's Device Manager, nor Control Panel>Mouse. When I click on Mouse I get this error: Unable to connect to the Synaptics Pointing Device Driver

Robert,
Thanks for the test options. I did both the Quick and Full Tests, everything passed.
Clicking on the link you provided: How to Fix Touchpad Problems on a Laptop, this allowed me to access the touchpad features. I accessed the features just by pressing the Windows key, typed touchpad and selected Touchpad Settings. I was able to change the direction of the scroll. THANKS!
