XPS 12-9Q33, upgrading hard drive

Hey. I have a Dell XPS 12-9Q33 Convertible, with a Intel Core i5-4200U CPU @ 1.60GHz 2.30 GHz and 4.00 GB and want to upgrade my hard drive to 1TB or 500 GB, but not sure what is best. If anyone can help with this, let me know. Thanks.

The system uses an mSATA drive - not the now common M.2 (which can also be called M.2 SATA, confusingly).

There are drives up to 1T in mSATA format - though they do cost more than the newer M.2 format does, at least a as a rule.

Example:

I know, but I'm not sure which will work better. I want to make sure I put the right one in, so it will keep working and not stop.
