Upgrading ram on 2019 Dell XPS 15 7590

I have a 2019 gtx1650 dell XPS and I was planning to upgrade the ram from 8gb to 16gb. Most 16gb 2666Mhz rams were sold out the one I found was this HyperX Kingston ram. But when I looked at the review, I saw a comment about someone with a 2019 XPS was having issues with ram and when they contacted dell they said Kingston was blocked or something along those lines due to issues. Is this still the case or am I safe to purchase this ram for my laptop? Heres the link to the ram: https://www.amazon.ca/Kingston-Technology-HyperX-HX424S14IBK2-32/dp/B01N2VUOBJ/ref=sr_1_7?crid=3D19NTWZJ2QGM&dchild=1&keywords=ddr4%2Bsodimm&qid=1592416589&sprefix=ddr4%2B%2Caps%2C188&sr=8-7&th=1

not sure if this is of any help but I recently upgraded my 7590 from 8GB to 16GB using crucial ram (8GBx2).

I've had no issues plus it's cheaper than the ram you've linked.

I can't find a 2666Mhz 2 x 8gb from crucial. Think they are sold out, at least on amazon.ca. Could you provide a link if it's still available?

SORRY, ignore the message about as I no longer need that particular ram.
