WD19TB + MBP14 m1 problem screen 30 Hz

Hi,

I have a macbook Pro 14 M1 (2021) that I connect to the Dell Thunderbolt Dock WD19TB.
I follow this scheme.

TEST 1
The LG Ultrafine monitor connected with Thunderbolt and an Eizo screen connected with HDMI to usb-C.
The problem is that LG is at 30 Hz while the Eizo is at 60 Hz. How come?

TEST 2
If instead I start the mac ONLY with LG connected I see it at 60 Hz and then hand connect the HDMI to usbC cable the two monitors are at 60 Hz

The monitors are connected as below.
In TEST 2, the Eizo monitor is connected AFTER, once the mac is already started up.
