Wake up laptop from hibernation with lid close

Hi

So I've updated my setup and right now I'm working with my XPS 15 9560. I wanted to use my laptop always with the lid close. I was able to find some old threads online where they suggest turning on the BIOS option to Turn On when the power cord is inserted and that it's working great.

The only problem that I've found is for smaller breaks like for example lunchtime where the PC hibernates after that I'm not able to restart without opening the lid and pressing the power button.

Since I'm using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse am I able to use them to wake up the PC? Also, the PC is connected through an HDMI cable. I'm on windows 10 if that helps in any way.
