Warranty status unknown (expired?) on a recently bought XPS 9560

Hi all,

I bought a Dell UK Outlet deal XPS 9560 back in August last year. It was supposed to come with a year-long warranty, and I would see it as such displayed correctly on the Dell Support Webpage and via Support Assist right after the purchase.

However, this has recently changed, as for the last couple of days the Dell Support Webpage shows that my warranty has expired or that there is "No information available". As a result, I cannot use any warranty services available on the webpage.

Interestingly, Support Assist still shows that my laptop has an active warranty with over 200 days left on it. 

I have searched through this forum, but most answers just ask for direct contact with Dell and the links provided have expired by now.

I would greatly appreciate any guidance and support.
