I just got my XPS 13 9300 motherboard replaced and after I got it replaced multiple things are not working. The built-in webcam is not working, the microphone is not working, and I am not able to download Dell Mobile Connect because Microsoft says my system is not compatible. I have been on the phone multiple times and nobody can seem to know what to do to fix the problem. The error code when I go into the camera app is 0xA00F4244<NoCamerasAreAttached>

You tried downloading Dell Mobile application and other drivers from your Dell Product Support page? I am asking because some people go to third party site or goggle them instead of getting them directly from Dell website.
