Where can I post questions for Precision M6800(NOT Mobile wo

I cannot find the correct place to post questions regarding my Precision M6800 laptop, which uses Win. Pro 7 on Firefox.

It is NOT a Mobile Workstation, it is simply a laptop, and the latest Dell Command Update is failing over and over. Normally they download perfectly, but this time it doesn't.
