Will removing this tape ( pic ) void warranty ?

So I undervolted CPU and 1050 to decrease temps. Want to further improve temps by repasting.

Will removing this peace of tape ( in circle ) void warranty ? Also note top right screw of heatsink is missing, a lot battery screws are missing, making me think this is a sloppy refurbished unit... **bleep** Dell?? Or just extremely bad quality control.

I know a repaste might void warranty if they notice, but will removing that peace of tape screw with warranty ??

Thanks for posting.  Apologies you are having issues with your computer.  

If you have a refurbished unit, by law, it must be marked as such.  There will be a sticker on the case.  

Removing the tape you took a picture of, will not void the warranty, and neither will adding additional paste.

The laptop was bought brand new from Dell website. Seems like some serious quality control mishap then !
