I got the laptop at the start of this year and have noticed then when it starts back up after going to sleep it freezes. The dell logo either turns into a white box with vertical black lines or a white box with static (as pictured). Whenever this happens i have to completely turn the laptop off and back on again. I have also noticed this only happens when the laptop is plugged into something, so i have to unplug it from a power source and anything else before turning it on. Any help would be greatly appreciated
