Do you know how I can process a return. I'm just outside the return period (by only a few days!) and my core issues haven't been resolved in the month.
With the covid pandemic, I hope we can still process a return.
I spoke with a Dell representative online, but they refused to process a return, despite the defective issues on my laptop.
Is there any news on this? It is intensely frustrating and makes it difficult to work.
It is not just the mouse and trackpad, I also cannot scroll the touchscreen when it is frozen for those seconds.
Bluetooth power management worked for me too, but we need a BIOS fix to solve the problem correctly.
Waiting for Dell to take care of this issue.

1. Go to 'Device Manager'
2. Select 'Bluetooth'
3. Select 'Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)'
4. Select 'Power Management'
5. DO NOT 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'
