XPS 13 7390 - Windows Hello not working at all

I got my XPS 13 7390 in Jan 2020 and in the past 4 months of me using it, it has had a bunch of issues and I finally resorted to calling down the technician today (5 May 2020). He was unable to diagnose what was causing all the problems (e.g. intermittent Windows Hello, blue screens, screen freezing whenever I try to 'save as') and just changed the motherboard and hard drive for me.

 

However, since I reinstalled everything, my Windows Hello can't work at all. It keeps showing "This option is currently unavailable - click to learn more" and "Something went wrong. Try again later." and I have not been able to fix this at all. It's extremely frustrating to have a <6 month old laptop continually fail on a broke student, especially since this didn't come cheap at all.

 

Can anyone PLEASE offer a solution for this?

i have the same problem.

 

could anybody here help us solve this problem , otherwise we can contact the warranty provider.
