XPS 13 9300, USB Type-C port not working
Recently I've connected my XPS 13 to a Dell U2421HE monitor. I use it everyday and it's been working great until it just stopped detecting my laptop. I unplugged the monitor and tried to connect other devices through both USB Type-C ports and the laptop doesn't seem to detect anything. I can't even charge the laptop with the charger. What might be the problem?

How to Fix Windows 10 Shuts Down Instead of Going to Sleep or Hibernating
Update November 18 = Dell Support replaced the motherboard. So far the system has been working fine and I haven't noticed the system shutting down issue for a couple of days now.
