XPS 13 9300 - key cap removal?

Hi all

Got an XPS 13 9300 this week, FHD Touch i7 16gb 1TB.

It's a UK keyboard layout, with the giant right-shift and enter buttons.

Since I got it out the box, the right shift key was really stiff only on the right hand side of it. Over a few days, it's weirdly getting worse.

Is it possible to remove the key caps on this model? Maybe the membrane underneath is just folded up somehow, it kinda feels that way, but I'm scared to use a pry tool to remove the cap in case it's not designed that way.

Thanks;

It's not even possible to remove the keyboard separately on this model - the keyboard and palmrest are a single unit.

Since the system is brand new, contact Dell - your option as to whether to ask them to replace the system or the palmrest (I'd opt for the former over the latter).
