I have used this 9360 model for about 5 years now and like the keyboard/trackpad.

I like the size and feel of the keyboard.

Do any of these models 9370, 9380 and Plus 9320 still use the same keyboard/trackpad?

The XPS 9350 and 9360 do use the same keyboard.  The 9370 and newer models do not. 

On the XPS 13 Plus (9320) and in fact, on most systems of the last few years, the keyboard is not separately replaceable -- the entire upper assembly (palmrest-keyboard-touchpad) is a single unit and must be replaced as such.
