XPS 13 9360 works fine with Dell Dock WD15 but not on battery or with power adapter

Hi Dell Community.
I normally work with my XPS 13, 9360 from 2017 using Dell Dock WD15, and it works fine. But when I change to battery or power adapter, I get the blue screen with ":(  Your PC ran into a problem..." Stop code: WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR". The XPS is totally dead and freezes on 0% complete, so I have to restart the hard way.  
I have tried installing another battery from a similar XPS and tried both a normal and a USB-C adapter. What can be the problem - and solution?
