Hello!
The battery in my XPS 9365 seems to be working just fine. However, nothing happens when I press the battery status button on the side -- NONE of the 5 leds light up, whether it's got 20% charge, is fully charged, or anywhere in between. This is more of an annoyance than anything else. I have the latest bios installed and all drivers are up-to-date according to dell's support assistant.

I no longer need help. When I used a paperclip on the button, it worked. I thought it should work with my fingers. It still doesn't with my fingers.
