XPS 13 9365, won't install Windows 10 2004 update

Does anyone know what the issue is with the Windows 10 2004 May 2020 update? My XPS 13 9365 (purchased warranty expired on June 27, 2019) running Windows 10 Professional 1909 will not allow me to do the upgrade using Windows Update and it gives no information why. I attempted the update using the Microsoft Update Assistant and that resulted in my XPS 13 crashing and if it didn't, it ran soooo slow. I did a fresh install of Windows 10 1909 and all functioned correctly but I could not update using Windows Update.

What gives?
